By accessing and using Droptrens ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
Droptrens provides an online platform for gym owners in India to manage memberships, automate WhatsApp fee reminders, track payments, and generate diet plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your gym. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
Subscription fees for the Service are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
When using our automated WhatsApp reminder feature, you agree that:
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Droptrens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Droptrens, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
